Clients: 5% service fee (+ GST on fee). Artists: 15% commission (+ GST on commission). Escrow protects both sides.
Example ₹10,000 booking → Client pays ₹10,590; Artist gets ₹8,230.

Your Money is Safe with Escrow
For every booking, your payment is held in a secure, independent escrow account powered by Cashfree Payments. This builds a foundation of trust and ensures fairness for everyone.
- For Clients: Your funds are only released to the artist after you confirm the successful completion of the performance or project.
- For Artists: You have a guaranteed payout waiting for you as soon as the work is marked complete by the client. No more chasing payments.
Wallet & Credits
- Referral Artist (via existing artist): ₹500 credits once verified
- Non-Referral Artist: ₹100 credits once verified
- Clients: ₹250 credits on first booking (up to ₹1000 during promos; min booking ₹5,000 applies for higher credits)
How artists can use credits: Offset platform commission on the next payout, boost profile visibility in promos, and waive select verification fees during campaigns.
How clients can use credits: Auto-applied at checkout to reduce payable amount on your next booking. Credits cannot be withdrawn to cash.
Credits are valid for 12 months, non-cash, non-transferable, and are automatically applied inside the Kalaqaar app when eligible.
