💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy protects both clients and artists while keeping trust high.
1. Client Cancellations
Request to Book:
- > 7 days before gig → 100% refund (minus service fee).
- 3–7 days before gig → 50% refund.
- <3 days → No refund.
Instant Booking:
- > 72 hrs before gig → 75% refund.
- <72 hrs → No refund.
2. Artist Cancellations
- If an artist cancels after accepting: client gets full refund.
- If an artist cancels an Instant Booking, client gets full refund + artist receives a red flag.
- 2 Instant Booking cancellations in 90 days → temporary suspension.
3. No-Show by Artist
- Full refund to client.
- Artist receives red flags (2x if Instant Booking).
4. Disputes
- Clients can raise disputes within 48 hours after the gig.
- Kalaqaar reviews case → admin decision is final.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method.
