Welcome to Kalaqaar ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide an online marketplace that connects artists ("Artists") with individuals or entities seeking to curate artistic services ("Clients") (collectively, "Users").
By accessing or using our Platform (including our website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Kalaqaar Platform
Kalaqaar is a neutral venue that provides a platform for Artists and Clients to connect, curate, and pay for artistic services. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between Users and are not an agent or representative of any User. We do not endorse any Artist or Client and do not control the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Artists.
2. Financial & Escrow Terms
Commission-Free for Artists
Artists and Vendors receive 100% of the agreed service fee. No platform commission is deducted from your professional earnings.
Secure Escrow arrangement
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments and held in segregated accounts until release conditions are met, ensuring safety for both parties.
Transparent Platform Fees
Clients pay a flat platform fee per event which covers infrastructure and security operations. All fees are disclosed upfront.
3. Identity Verification
To maintain a safe marketplace, Artists must complete regulatory identity verification via Cashfree’s direct hosted flows. Sensitive identity details (PAN, Aadhaar) are collected directly by Cashfree.
- Payout gating: verified identity is mandatory for funds release.
- Re-verification: Periodic checks may be required for fraud prevention.
- Data Privacy: We never store your raw government documents on our servers.
4. Marketplace Conduct
Zero Tolerance Fraud
Any attempt to circumvent the platform fee or bypass escrow will result in immediate permanent ban.
Content Licensing
You grant us a license to use your portfolio media for the purpose of promoting you and the platform.
